Took another tour around Iceland today using BusTravel Iceland. One of the stops was Reynisfjara Beach which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It's also one of the most dangerous since some people have died. People on our tour watched the waves from a safe distance and as you can see, many people will go closer. You can also see birds flying around the top of the mountain.

Decided to edit all of the video clips I took of this beach.

When I was in the Azores in January 2015, I decided to go down to where a pool was which is right next to the ocean. Got a video clip and then all of sudden a huge wave got on top of me. I had to lean onto a wall in order to not get swept into the Atlantic Ocean. I was relieved when the water finally got back into the ocean but then another giant wave got me. I need to get out of there quick since on the way to get up, it would be hard to lean up against a wall to not get swept in, in case a third wave hit wave. Luckily I made it up. Had some scrapes and bruises and my entire body was wet. Basically nothing serious happened but the camera I rented got destroyed. I found out that the damage waiver I paid extra for did not cover water damage since they consider that as negligence. Thankfully the memory card survived and so all videos I took wasn't for nothing.
