OOoh boy, what better way to celebrate the spoopy hour by arranging something like the Death Waltz (U.N. Owen Was Her?) Scarlet Flandre's Theme, etc. It took a while till I felt I was ready to tackle Touhou, especially this legendary song. That being said, BOY this was fun to make.
